    Hi Mike and gang at Champion PT. I see a ton of baseball guys…love treating their issues. RE: GIRD…My guys bottom-out their cross body stretch in 1-2 visits maximum (I use sidelying sleeper position then HADD) and I never notice an appreciable gain in IR (when i find it’s necessary)…thus I prefer to give them sleeper for home, and manualHADD stretch in the clinic. Have you seen this same HADD bottoming-out, and if so, do you feel the addition of self STM solely improves IR? Thanks–great idea for a show.
