Hi John, see my article from last week: http://Mikereinold.com/2015/05/does-periodization-of-a-program-help-improve-strength.html. I have plenty of “free” info, this is just for those that want to dig deeper into the topic in a live presentation.
Cressey is not free. Cressey rotates a lot of his older material and just adds it to the current day. Even with Cressey if you wanted to keep up with what he is currently doing you have to “pay” for that info. Mike has a lot of free info as well and if you would like to tap into his deeper knowledge well than you have to pay.
