My new online course will teach you everything you need to know about the evaluation and treatment of baseball injuries.
Injuries in baseball continue to rise each year. Players of all ages are now chasing performance like never before, leading to a variety of injuries to players from Major League Baseball all the way down to Little League Baseball.
Baseball players are unique. They look different on examination and sustain injuries not commonly seen in other sports.
To become a Baseball Rehabilitation Specialist, you need to understand the unique demands of the sport, the anatomical and biomechanical considerations of pitching and hitting, clinical exam techniques specific to the baseball player, and rehabilitation and return-to-sport progressions to get baseball players back on the mound and field.
I’ve been fortunate to work with baseball players for my entire 25+ year career. I’ve had the opportunity to work with healthy and injured players, which gave me an amazing perspective on how to keep players healthy, get them back after injuries, and help them maximize their performance.
Through my extensive research and publication of baseball research and my years in the clinic, lab, training room, and dugout, I have learned so much as injuries continue to evolve.
I want to teach you everything I have learned about evaluating and treating baseball players’ injuries over my career.
I’m confident this course will help you become an expert in working with baseball players.
Over the course of my career, I've been fortunate to work with athletes from every MLB team, including All-Stars, MVP's, Cy Young winers, and members of the Hall of Fame

We’ll then discuss how to rehabilitate specific injuries to the shoulder and elbow nonoperatively and after a variety of different surgeries.
We’ll also cover other common injuries, like hamstring strains, oblique injuries, batter’s shoulder, youth injuries, and more.
