Coaching Pregnant and Postpartum Trainees

My man Dan Pope has teamed up with Sarah Duvall to offer an impressive online course for coaches working with pregnant and postpartum trainees.  There is a lack of knowledge in the fitness industry regarding how to properly coach pregnant and postpartum women, Dan and Sarah hope to end that with this comprehensive course.  It’s on sale this week for a special introductory offer, but for today only.  After today, the program closes until the fall and will go up several hundreds of dollars!

Meniscus Repair in Pediatrics

New systematic review from OJSM showing promising outcomes in meniscus repair in almost 300 pediatric patients. Keep in mind that over 50% of them also had an ACL reconstruction.

Kettlebell Snatches

Great quick overview on how to perfect kettlebell snatches from Sarah Polacco and the team at Achieve Fitness.

Speed Training for Hockey

Nice article on speed training from Kevin Neeld of the Boston Bruins. Kevin has always been someone I have followed to learn more about hockey training.
