My Best Articles and Podcasts of 2018

With the end of 2018 drawing close, I always love to end the year with a quick review of some of my best content of the year!  I personally love reflecting back as I start planning for the new year, and it’s something I really recommend everyone do as well. In today’s article, I share a video of how I reflect back on the year and plan ahead to make the most of the upcoming new year.

As part of my reflection back on 2018, I also review my content for the past year.  I do it so I can think about what I want to do different in the upcoming year, but also to see what some of the most popular content was over the course of the year.

I also know this yearly post is always popular with my readers.

Check out my Best Articles and Podcasts of 2018, plus a sneak peak at what’s coming in 2019!

Inner Circle Live Q&A

The latest Inner Circle webinar recording is now available! I held a live Q&A for my members on Facebook last week and wanted to post the recording for all to see. I always enjoy performing these live Q&A’s as the questions I get are always great.

Strength Training for Runners

There are still a lot of misconceptions about running and how to best train runners to minimize injuries and enhance performance.

Let’s simplify running a little more.

Running is a series of little jumps. The rear leg has to propel the body forward. The stride leg has to absorb force.

To minimize your chance of running related injuries and enhance your running performance, you need to understand both of these concepts.

The key to both of these is strength training. We can build tissue capacity to handle these forces much more efficiently, especially if we build a specific strength training program for runners with these two concepts in mind.

I discuss this and so much more in my latest article featuring an excellent interview I did with running guru Chris Johnson.
