On the question of PT apps being used across state lines.
I know, as a NYS licensed massage therapist I would need to be licensed in, say Pa, or Ca before I could legally practice massage in those states. I would think that because PT’s are state licensed something similar would be the case for online PT/rehab advise.
I agree Jim, especially with you physically touching them. Wonder if it’s different with e-health? Probably shouldn’t be different.
I don’t think it’s different. You need license for sure!
