    Thanks for talking about the term “glut activation” and mentioning that the term is not really correct. If your gluts aren’t “on or activated” then you will not be able to walk, climb stairs, etc. and have much bigger problems. I tend to say they are not working efficiently with the other muscles or have a poor motor plan/pattern. We do need a better term and explanation. While dealing with my hip surgeries, I believe there are better ways to rehab the hip and some traditional hip exercises just don’t work well and cause some issues, I just haven’t figured it out yet. Seems the more I learn about the hip, the more I realize I don’t know anything. It is a work in progress. OK hip rant over, I am liking your casual approach to your podcast and enjoying it, keep it up,. I really have to make a trip up to visit you guys, I keep saying it, but need to do it and will, as soon as it stops snowing :)
